Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Raw Cashews; 1 cup Plant Milk ((unsweetened)); 1-2 tsp Lactic Acid; 2 cups Unsweetened Vegan Yogurt ((or all of the Cashew Cream from above recipe)); 1/2 a medium Cucumber; 3-4 Garlic Cloves ((minced)); 1 Tbsp Olive Oil; 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice; 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill; Salt & Pepper to taste
