Ingredients: 12-16 oz Anellini Pasta; 1 28 oz. can tomato sauce; 2 Tbsp olive oil; 5 cloves garlic (minced); 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast; 1 Tbsp mushroom seasoning; 2 tsp crushed Calabrian chiles (optional for heat); 1 Tbsp sugar (if needed); 8 oz. shredded vegan cheddar cheese; Salt & Pepper to taste; 8 oz. vegan ground beef; 8 oz. vegan ground sausage; 4 cloves garlic (minced); 1 shallot (minced); 1/4 cup chopped parsley; 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast; 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning; 1/3 cup bread crumbs; 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk; Salt and pepper to taste; Red pepper flakes to taste (for some heat)
