Ingredients: 2 lbs Super Firm Tofu ( (or Extra Firm, press for at least 30 minutes)); 2 tsp beefless broth bouillon ((or veggie bouillon)); 1/4 cup soy sauce; 1/4 cup nutritional yeast; 1/4 cup water; 2 Tbsp oil; 1 tsp onion powder; 2 tsp garlic powder; 2 tsp smoked paprika; 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses ((optional)); 2 tsp gravy master ((optional)); 2 cups tomato sauce; 1/4 cup chipotles in adobo; 4 cloves garlic ((minced)); 1 Tbsp cumin; 1 Tbsp oregano; Salt and pepper to taste; 2 cups Tomatillo Salsa ((I used store bought)); 4 cloves garlic ((minced)); 7 oz can diced green chiles; 4 cups Refried Beans; 3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning; Juice of 1 lime; 1/2 - 1 Onion (diced); 2 Diced Bell Peppers; 2 Jalapeños (diced)
