Ingredients: 4 oz. dried Soy Curls; 2 cups vegan chicken broth; 1/2 cup raw cashews; 1 cup unsweetened plant milk; 2 Tbsp vegan butter; 2 Tbsp neutral oil; 1 cup chopped carrots; 1 cup chopped celery; 1 cup chopped shallots or onion; 1 cup frozen peas; 4-5 cloves garlic (minced); 1 tsp fresh thyme; 1 tsp fresh sage; 4-6 Tbsp flour; 4 cups vegan chicken broth (veggie broth is fine too); 1 Tbsp Mushroom Seasoning; 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast; 3/4 cup Cashew Cream; Salt & Pepper to taste; 2 cups 240 g all-purpose flour; 1 Tbsp baking powder; 1 tsp salt; 2 tsp fresh thyme; 3/4 - 1 cup unsweetened plant milk; 1/4 cup vegan butter (melted)
