Name: Vegan Stuffing
Ingredients: 1 loaf white bread (about 20-24 oz.); 2 Tbsp vegan butter; 2 cups celery (roughly chopped); 2 cups shallots (roughly chopped); 4 - 5 cloves garlic (minced); 4 vegan sausages (about 12 - 14 oz.); 2 Tbsp fresh sage (chopped); 1 Tbsp fresh thyme (chopped); 1/3 cup Italian parsley (chopped); 2 cups veggie broth; 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (unsweetened); 1/4 cup vegan egg replacement (or more milk); Salt & pepper to taste
