Ingredients: 1/4 cup vegan butter; 4 Tbsp Flour; 2 cloves garlic minced; 2 cups plant-milk (unsweetened + more if sauce is too thick (I added another cup after adding in my parmesan cheese)); 1 cup about 2 oz of grated vegan parmesan cheese; 1/4 cup nutritional yeast; 1 Tbsp vinegar (or lemon juice); Salt & pepper to taste; 1 cup cashews; 1 Tbsp vegan butter (melted); 2 cloves garlic; 2 cups plant-milk (unsweetened); 1/4 cup nutritional yeast; 1 Tbsp vinegar (or lemon juice); Salt & pepper to taste
