Ingredients: English muffins; Vegan mozzarella shreds; 1/2 Red bell pepper (diced); 1/2 Green bell pepper (diced); 12 - 16 oz. Vegan sausage (like Impossible or Beyond); 1/4 cup softened vegan butter; 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley; 1 - 2 clove minced garlic; 1 28 oz. can tomato sauce; 2 Tbsp olive oil; 5 cloves garlic (minced); 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast; 1 Tbsp mushroom seasoning; 2 tsp crushed Calabrian chiles (optional for heat); 1 Tbsp sugar (if needed); Salt & Pepper to taste
