Name: Breakfast Hoagies
Ingredients: 1 Hoagie Roll; 1-2 Hash Browns; 4 oz vegan egg (Just or Tofu Scramble); Few slices of Rice Paper Bacon (or Vegan Bacon of choice); Cheese Sauce (use as much as you want!); 1 Jalapeno (sliced); Vegan mayo; Hoagie Spread (see recipe notes!); 3 oz medium firm tofu (pressed); 1 - 2 Tbsp plant milk; 1 tsp nutritional yeast; 1/8 tsp garlic salt; 1/8 tsp turmeric; Dash of smoked paprika; Black pepper to taste; Black salt to taste (optional)
